Please take a moment to review our cancellation and reschedule policy
If an appointment is canceled more than six hours before your appointment, a credit will remain on your account which can be applied to a future appointment, or you may request a refund of your appointment payment minus 4 percent for card processing fees. If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled less than six hours before your appointment, you may be charged a $45 cancellation fee. Any missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged a $45 no show fee.
