Craig Meriwether

I am thrilled to be inviting Craig Meriwether back to my radio show today!  Craig joined me a couple of months ago to talk about his battle with depression, and how he was able to turn it around and now helps other people who are suffering or trying to help someone with depression.  You may recall at that time I talked a bit about my own struggles with depression, and I was very impressed with the suggestions and insight Craig had on the subject.

Today, Craig and I are going to talk about two very important and different topics related to depression.  First, we are going to talk about antidepressants, and then secondly, we’re going to talk about helping loved ones who are depressed.  If you have battled with depression, currently suffer from depression, or are helping someone with depression, you’ll want to listen to this show!

If you aren’t familiar with Craig, he has been described as a “wake-up” call, giving people the tools and information they need to energize and revitalize their lives, enabling them to end depression and create a life of happiness.

Craig is the author of the best selling programs Mind Mastery Blueprint and Depression 180 about which Wendy Love creator and author of the award winning blog DepressionGateway.com says: “This is one of the best, most thorough books on depression I have read – and I have read most of them. It is the most thorough account of all of the strategies you could possibly employ to manage depression.”

Craig is also a featured author in the New York Times bestselling book Pearls of Wisdom: 30 Inspirational Ideas to Live your Best Life Now! along with Jack Canfield, Marci Shimoff and Janet Attwood. He is also host of the popular blog talk radio show – The Mastermind Show interviewing experts in mind, body and spiritual transformation.

If you want to find out more about Craig and his program, Depression 180: How To Eliminate Depression, Guilt and Anger Without Medication, feel free to visit his website, www.Depression180.com.

I hope you can join us for our talk today!  If you can’t catch it live at 12 PM Central, you can always click on the picture of the microphone below, and listen to an archived recording of our discussion!
