Our Pricing

We primarily offer maintenance chiropractic care, which is typically not covered by medical insurance and/or Medicare.

We offer multiple plans that are affordable and convenient without insurance billing, copays, or deductibles.  By focusing less on insurance, we can focus more on you.

We offer club membership discount plans for patients who come in for maintenance care once a month, and per-visit rates for patients who prefer to pay as they go.

Our best value: Wellness Plan

This is a monthly subscription plan that offers up to four visits per month for one low price.

Additional visits above four visits billed at $10 per visit.

Club Membership Discount Plans

These pre-paid plans are best for patients who wish to stay on a maintenance schedule, coming in for care at least once per month, who prefer to pay once or twice per year at a discounted rate.  Club memberships may be purchased on the appointment scheduling page or in person at our office.

The fine print: Membership must be paid in full.  Memberships may not be shared.  One membership per patient.  No refunds for unused portions of club packages.  Unused monthly visits do not roll over.  Members must use visits per plan requirement.  Members may use visits more frequently than the plan requirement and may renew their membership at the effective club rate at the time of renewal.  Membership rates subject to change at any time.  Monthly auto-pay non-refundable after payment has been charged.  Cancellation of monthly auto-pay requires 30 day advanced notification in writing by either email to info@animityhealth.com or in person at our office by completing the auto-pay cancellation form.

Single Visits

Our single-visit pricing is for patients who wish to pay per visit

The fine print: All appointments must be paid at the time of scheduling.  Cancelled or rescheduled appointments will be subject to our cancellation policy.  Adjustment and/or treatment times (excluding therapy) that exceed 15 minutes may be assessed an extra time charge of $36 per partial 15-minute increment of extra time, which must be paid at the time of service.
